You Don't Realize You Live In a Straw House Until the World's On Fire

 

The world looks different these days and we are all coming to terms with what we THOUGHT was our reality. Now the truth is becoming known about how we may have been strong in some areas, and incredibly vulnerable in others. Whether it is positive or negative information, it should be empowering. 

In the branding and marketing world, we are witnessing a total collapse of traditional media spends as businesses are cutting spends off completely and only keeping their digital operations going. Furthermore, companies that have not invested in a strong brand are now realizing that they were living in a straw house, regarding their marketing strategy. 

Not so much with those I and my agency have been working with. The focus on brand-first content has allowed them to continue to function because of the human-centered content we were producing. 

When it's in bad taste to “sell,” it is exactly the best time to run content that connects, encourages, and builds trust. The good news is, that it's NEVER TOO LATE to start. 

In these times I hope you will continue to work with me to be the voice of positivity and encouragement to a country that needs it. I’m praying for the continued health and well being of every one of you in the Clarity Compressed Community.
