Why You Go Wherever You’re Looking
I don’t know if you’ve ever ridden a motorcycle, but I know that I have. Years ago, my motorcycle safety class instructor told the class, “Right before you start the bike, close your eyes, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you are about to ride a machine that could kill you if you aren’t paying attention.” A stark warning for sure.
To this day, I still go through that mental procedure before I hit the start button.
Fortunately, every moment of our lives aren’t lived in that level of life and death immediacy. However, where we are looking and giving our attention to, is EXACTLY where we are heading. In this episode, I talk about another very important riding principle that would serve you well to adopt in your everyday life.
Remember, you ALWAYS get to choose to pursue clarity.
