Running, gunning, funning, and everything in between. But it’s mostly the first two for a hard core entrepreneur. Many of you know what I mean. You are passionate about what you do and also passionate about keeping your family served and all the other people who depend on you in good spirits.

Sometimes I have so many good things going that I get overwhelmed and my brain is in such a fog of paralysis that I can’t help anyone. Thankfully, my wife Sara saw this in my eyes and kicked me out. Away from everyone for a day so I could reset. Some people call it self care.

I’m not happy to admit that its been years since I’ve stepped away from everyone for a day to reconnect with my own spirit. Today I did and I recorded this episode halfway through.

It’s a little more raw than usual…but that’s how honesty is supposed to be
