They know that no one else is going to do the work for them. 

So many people walk around feeling like things aren't going their way...again. Maybe they even have friends that listen empathetically and help solidify their belief in their excuses. I think that's unfortunate. 

Only we can choose to do the work that moves us forward. Only we can choose to take responsibility for our own outcomes. Sometimes my care for people leaves me wanting better for them than they really want for themselves.
