The Transaction of Growth
I’m standing in the middle of a dump of a building for this week’s episode. Who would own a dump like this? Me. My wife and I just bought this building and have really big plans to renovate it into the new Intergalactic Headquarters of Congruent.
Growing is very, very hard work. I’m reminded of a season in my first business where growing almost killed us. That’s when I really learned that growth is transitionary. It costs something. It was so impactful that I made it the theme of the year and we even scripted and shot a video to memorialize it. (This was before I had an agency, BTW… It was actually the birth of an agency)
This week I’m talking about something every successful business and individual must come to terms with if they are going to succeed. The transaction of growth.
I hope you gain some perspective on any situations you are currently growing through as you connect with this message. Be encouraged and inspired that NOTHING worth anything comes without transacting with growth.
